Area Sales Manager

Compensation: • Base salary: $80,000-$85,000 • Bonus Opportunities • Long-term growth path Responsibilities: • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Develop and execute regional business development strategies. • Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders. • Identify partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and market reach. • Create referral relationships with local professionals and strategic partners. • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new partnership opportunities. • Track business development activity through CRM systems and reporting. • Collaborate with leadership to launch new initiatives and expansion efforts. • Represent Keller Williams Professionals with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the community. Qualifications: • 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Experience managing a geographic territory. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities. • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. • Comfortable working independently in the field. • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office. • Professional, polished, and customer-focused. Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 yearly
