Area Sales Manager Americas (m/w/d) – Lasertechnologie Location: Gaggenau – Category: Vertrieb / Service / Projektierung Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten in Mexiko sowie Nord- und Südamerika Aktive Neukundengewinnung sowie strategische Betreuung bestehender Key Accounts Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Vertriebsstrategien für die Region Technische Beratung unserer Kunden gemeinsam mit internen Schnittstellen – von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Abschluss Eigenständige Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, Verhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüssen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Applikation, Entwicklung und Service zur optimalen Kundenlösung Aufbau und Steuerung von Vertriebspartnern und lokalen Netzwerken Teilnahme an internationalen Messen und Kundenbesuchen vor Ort Ihr Profil Technisches Studium (z. B. Physik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Investitionsgüter- oder Hightech-Umfeld Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie ein gutes Gespür für Markt- und Geschäftsentwicklung Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Lösungen verständlich zu vermitteln und vertrieblich zu positionieren Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Americas Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil Eigenständige, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise Ihr Impact Sie treiben den Marktausbau in einer strategisch wichtigen Region voran, bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und bringen unsere Lasertechnologie erfolgreich in neue Anwendungen und Märkte.
