Role Overview
Help shape the accuracy of legal AI for German law by evaluating how different large language models respond to real legal prompts. You will run identical prompts through two AI (LLM) platforms, compare their outputs, and score each response against a provided rubric, supplying concise written feedback for every evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Execute a defined set of prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms.
- Compare the two platform outputs side by side, noting differences in legal reasoning, scope, and accuracy.
- Score each response using a standardized rubric supplied by the project team.
- Provide concise, clear written feedback for every evaluation, explaining scoring decisions and any observed shortcomings.
- Minimum 5 years experience as in-house legal counsel practicing in Germany.
- Strong command of German law, with particular expertise in commercial and contract matters.
- Excellent attention to detail and precise written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow a rubric closely, and meet deadlines.
- Work location: remote, must be based in Germany.
- Engagement type: hourly.
- Initial time commitment: approximately 10 hours, with a strong potential for additional work thereafter.
- All project work is subject to a confidentiality agreement, you will be required to sign an NDA.
Rate: 140 - 150 hourly.
Eligibility- Must have practiced as in-house counsel in Germany for at least 5 years.
- Must be able to perform work remotely from within Germany and comply with the NDA.
