Corporate/M&A Lawyer for AI Evaluation

Apply your Australian corporate and M&A expertise to evaluate the quality of AI-generated legal answers. You will test identical legal prompts across two AI platforms, assess the results using a provided rubric, and deliver clear written evaluations. Key Responsibilities
- Run the same set of prompts through two AI language-model platforms.
- Compare the two responses side by side.
- Score each response against the standardized evaluation rubric provided.
- Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation.
- At least 2 years of primarily law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice, with 3 or more years preferred.
- Currently qualified to practise in Australia, with strong knowledge of Australian corporate and commercial law.
- If currently in-house, you must have moved in-house within the past 2 years and have prior law-firm experience.
- Native or fluent English, with precise written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow a rubric, and meet deadlines.
- Remote role open to candidates located in Australia.
- Initial commitment of approximately 10 hours, with strong potential for additional work.
- All work is subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
100 to 120 per hour.
