Part Time Remote Contract Attorney

Apply your technology-contract expertise to help improve how advanced AI systems review, interpret, and assess legal agreements. In this remote, part-time contractor role, you will contribute practical legal judgment to AI training and evaluation work focused on real-world contract workflows. Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves precision and performance.
Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
Partner with product and research teams to refine data, guidance, and best practices for AI-supported contract review.
Help advance AI capabilities for identifying contractual risk and interpreting contract language.
D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.

Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.

80 to $200 per hour.
