Forward Deployed Process Analyst

Forward Deployed Process Analyst Location: Gainesville, Florida (on-site, up to 75% travel) Primary responsibilities include conducting current‑state assessments (SOP review, process mapping) to support use‑case design; providing operational and technical guidance during implementation, go‑live, and stabilization phases; developing stakeholder communication plans and supporting client‑facing discussions; designing or contributing to training and change‑management plans; defining and maintaining KPIs and SLAs; and identifying risks, dependencies, and operational gaps with recommended mitigation strategies. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support. Strong problem‑solving and solution‑design skills and the ability to translate operational needs into executable delivery plans. Stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration experience. Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI‑enabled tools. Compensation Base pay range: $78,610.00 - $195,125.35 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
