Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to offer flexible support to our clients in Peoria, Arizona, and beyond. While our counseling services are conducted in an outpatient framework, the remote format promotes a balanced work-life integration. We understand the importance of flexibility, especially for clients with demanding schedules, and as such, our therapists may work evenings or weekends as needed to provide optimal care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s mental health complexities and available support systems.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed interventions.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that establish clear objectives and measurable interventions, ensuring that each client’s unique circumstances are taken into account.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to guarantee seamless care coordination for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to address acute client needs as they arise.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation following all legal and ethical guidelines, hospital protocols, and quality assurance standards.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, enhancing the therapeutic experience through shared learning and mutual support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
