Schedule: Shift: Three 12-hour shifts per week Weekend rotation: Every third weekend Holiday coverage: Some holidays required

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per week

Requirements: RRT credential required Missouri Respiratory Care Practitioner License (pending license accepted) Minimum of 2 years of experience Experience with Trauma Level II required; Trauma Level I preferred EPIC charting experience required

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide airway management, including endotracheal suctioning, extubation, and tracheostomy care Manage mechanical ventilation and perform weaning processes Administer oxygen therapy, including High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) Interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) results and provide necessary interventions Deliver respiratory medications and facilitate appropriate delivery methods

Compliance / Notes: Orientation: 72 hours Up to two days of pre-approved time off allowed No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract; no RTO during the first week of assignment COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine required References preferred; supervisory references within last two years required
