Work Model: Hybrid What You Will Do: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned to business and operational goals Champion a culture of learning to drive employee growth, performance, and retention across stores and corporate functions Oversee design rollout and continuous improvement of training programs across the organization Partner cross-functionally to identify skill gaps, training needs, and career pathway opportunities, and lead leadership development programs Build relationships with external partners and manage vendors' budgets and training resources Define and track performance metrics using data insights to improve training effectiveness while leading the T&D team and ensuring alignment with brand and operational standards What You Will Need to Be Successful: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, education, business, or related field 10 plus years of progressive training and development experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, preferably in retail or consumer-facing environments Proven ability to lead large-scale learning initiatives and change management programs across multi-location operations Experience with LMS digital learning platforms, instructional design, and performance metrics Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Preferred experience building career pathways and partnering with external organizations to expand training programs #J-18808-Ljbffr West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce
