Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisitions Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, sourcing and hiring qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs. Forget scanning LinkedIn all day for software engineers. In the janitorial services industry, our frontline cleaning technicians are the lifeblood of our business, and we need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in the fast-paced world of high-volume, grassroots recruiting.

Your mission is to build a steady pipeline of reliable, hardworking field staff, drastically reduce "ghosting," and ensure our client sites are fully staffed. What our customers need help with

• Manage full-cycle recruiting , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Post open positions and manage job boards, ATS , and career-site listings.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach
• Ensure compliance with EEO and fair-hiring practices.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics.
• Look beyond traditional job boards. Drive local sourcing strategies by partnering with community centers, language schools, churches, technical programs, and immigrant resource networks.
• Oversee localized social media recruiting (Facebook Groups, Nextdoor) and optimize high-volume job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Work closely with Area Operations Managers to understand changing staffing needs, sudden account wins, and specific site requirements (e.g., security clearances).

What stands out amongst top talent

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a heavy preference for high-volume , hourly, or blue-collar industries (e.g., janitorial, hospitality, retail, warehousing, or staffing agencies).
• Experience recruiting for hourly, high-volume , or multi-site roles a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience navigating High-Volume Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SMS-based recruiting tools
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse applicant pool and conduct interviews.
