As a Caregiver or CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents in our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s). We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team on a Weekend Day Shift. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance Implement resident plans of care, documenting nursing services and supporting residents in maintaining their dignity Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and engaging environment Why Choose Charter Senior Living?
