General Manager - Restaurant & Bar

Pay is $60,000-$80,000/year, full-time.

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
• Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
• Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Help drive sales and restaurant profitability

What you'll need:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager preferred)
• Full-service restaurant or bar experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Town Tavern Green is open Monday-Friday 11am-2:30am and Saturday-Sunday 9am-2:30am.
