Kitchen Manager Position

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our team as a Kitchen Manager. In this role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, inventory, and staff management. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is dedicated to delivering high‑quality dishes to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory, ordering, food costs, and staff scheduling
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation workers
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house manager to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a chef, manager, or cook in a high‑volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
