Registered Nurse (RN) | Olympic View Post Acute | $50-$60/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for patients with acute and chronic illnesses

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, treatments, and outcomes, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state where the position is located

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills , with the ability to adapt to changing situations

• Excellent communication and bedside manner , with a focus on patient-centered care

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment , with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
