Finance Systems Lead - NetSuite & Data Integrity

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Functional Administrator to support our Finance organization to implement, analyze system requirements, enhance user experience, and maintain day‑to‑day administration. You will serve as liaison for Finance to collaborate with IT to provide solutions that ensure high levels of Finance systems performance. Job Responsibilities User Support, troubleshoot and resolve user issues and questions related to Finance systems. Liaise with users to track requirements and features. Set up and manage user roles in compliance with SOX. Manage user training and user documentation ensuring up‑to‑date reflection of current systems. Collaborate with IT and developers to complete system enhancement projects. Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) and troubleshoot post‑integration issues from source systems to Netsuite. Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures. Support audit requests. Other ad hoc reporting/system administration as needed; ability to create moderate to advanced queries. Your Experience And Skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer information systems, or a related field. 2‑4 years of analyst or administrator experience in financial applications, systems configuration, and/or implementation duties. Prior experience with financial systems (Oracle ERP, EPM, NetSuite, Coupa, OneStream, Concur, Blackline) or similar systems. Proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, custom forms, and workflows; advanced in Excel. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and able to interact effectively with all levels of the business. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
