Project Coordinator

Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Project Coordinator. Utilities experience required – Substation. Ability to travel up to twice per month. Position Responsibilities Assist project managers and engineers with planning, scheduling, and tracking substation project activities. Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and records. Coordinate meetings, compile meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Support procurement activities, including vendor communication and tracking material deliveries. Monitor project timelines and provide updates to stakeholders. Help ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements. Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Substation team. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a technical environment. Experience in utilities, specifically coordinating and assisting with Substation Project Activities.
