Analyst I, Technical Support (CE - Tools and Technology)

Job Summary Under supervision, manages CE equipment and inventory. Provides entry‑level technical support for software and hardware computing. Assists in troubleshooting to readily identify problems and/or technical issues and escalates to the appropriate staff for resolution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Technical troubleshooting: provides basic functional support of applications, isolates issues, and distributes the ticket to the appropriate team for resolution. Under supervision, isolates issues by reproducing the incident, identifying invalid data within databases, and/or tracing transactions through infrastructure to identify failure points. Partners with digital team to research and identify root cause; tracks and trends chronic on‑going issues to highlight technological gaps affecting business continuity. Facilitates resolution of tickets passed to Tier 3 support or external vendors as needed. Creates and updates support and user guides. Assists in post‑development support (including client installations). Provides management ticket reports, Pareto reports, and other metrics. Participates in creation and modification of system or application monitors. Inventory control and distribution: partners with CSM to maintain comprehensive view of CE hardware; coordinates with Talent Acquisition and L&LD for timely equipment distribution; monitors request systems and manages shipment of replacement hardware; maintains adequate inventory levels across sites; tracks employee terminations and recovers or escalates unreturned equipment; oversees site inventories, ensures proper storage, facilitates transfers between sites, manages lifecycle processes and disposal; coordinates with CE Finance to forecast needs, facilitate orders, approve purchase orders in Coupa, and submit expense reports with proper documentation. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related area or four years of related experience; or Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience. Preferred: Help Desk Certification; A+. Physical Requirements Repetitive motions. Eye/hand/foot coordination. Sitting. Talking. Hearing. Regularly requires ability to lift and move 50 pounds in an 8‑hour day. Occasionally requires transfer of equipment between Camelback & Union Hills locations.
