Senior Creative Designer

Experienced in performance marketing, the full-time Senior Creative Designer will concept, produce, and deliver paid static and motion creative for Kraken Consumer, working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities Own and produce paid static creative for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing promotions across various channels Conceptualize and create performance video content, ensuring campaigns are delivered as complete cross-format sets Analyze creative performance metrics and iterate on designs based on testing results to enhance campaign effectiveness Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance creative within high-volume in-house teams or agencies, preferably in fintech or regulated industries Strong portfolio showcasing paid static and video work, including AI-generated content and performance metrics Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) with demonstrated generative AI skills Understanding of platform-specific requirements and instincts for creating native content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Experience with structured creative testing programs and fluency in relevant performance metrics
