AI Creative Designer

The Job:

You are an AI-native designer who loves to be at center of creative craft and emerging technology. You don't just use AI tools, you think in workflows, build production pipelines, and turn a single creative brief into a dozen polished, brand-forward assets before most designers finish their first draft. You have a sharp eye for design and an obsession with pushing generative AI to produce work that actually looks good.

You'll be working directly with our paid media and creative strategy teams to produce highly polished ad creative. These include static and video assets to be used across Paid Media platforms like Meta and Google. The goal is to scale our creative production without sacrificing quality. You'll help us build the systems and workflows that make that possible, and you'll be hands-on producing the work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and produce brand-forward, highly polished ad creative across static, motion, and video formats for paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Build and manage AI-driven creative production workflows using tools like Nano Banana, Runway, Kling, ComfyUI, LTX Studio, and other custom node-based workflows to scale output across multiple brands
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and style guides that ensure brand consistency across all AI-generated content
• Collaborate with paid media buyers and creative strategists to concept, iterate, and deliver high-performing ad creative at scale
• Refine and polish AI-generated outputs. You know when something needs a human touch and you're not afraid to get into Photoshop or Figma to edit.
• Design and optimize repeatable production pipelines that connect AI tools via APIs and workflow automation to accelerate creative turnaround
• Create multiple creative variations and format sizes for platform-specific ad placements
• QA all creative output for brand alignment, composition, color accuracy, and platform specs before delivery
• Stay obsessively current on AI tool releases, updates, and emerging creative workflows and bring what you learn back to the team
• Manage multiple client brands simultaneously while maintaining each brand's unique visual identity and creative standards

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of design experience in an agency, in-house creative, or production environment
• Demonstrated proficiency across multiple AI Creative Tools
• Strong traditional design foundation. You understand typography, layout, color theory, and composition before you began AI creative tooling.
• Experience building and managing AI creative workflows and production pipelines
• Understanding of APIs and how to connect AI tools into automated or semi-automated production systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Figma
• Experience with Nano Banana or similar AI-powered creative production platforms
• Experience designing ad creative for paid social and paid media campaigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional design work and AI-enhanced creative output
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Prior agency experience or background working with e-commerce / DTC brands is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Action-oriented and excited about getting things done
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and self-manage tasks
• Professional client communication skills and presentation capability

Bonus:
