AI Enablement Analyst

Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) is currently in search of an exceptional professional to join our team as a generative AI Enablement Analyst. This unique role will sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence and user support, focusing on driving adoption of our in-house Generative AI solution across various departments within RBC GAM. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable cross-departmental exposure while helping to shape the future of AI implementation in our asset management business. This role is at the heart of RBC GAM's AI transformation. Working collaboratively with a global team of AI Adoption Support Analysts, you will build organizational capability, foster AI fluency, and unlock the full potential of Gen AI across the firm. What will you do? User Support & Enablement * Provide first-line technical and operational support to end-users to help accelerate the adoption of internal Gen AI tools * Develop and deliver user training sessions, workshops, and documentation tailored to different user personas and skill levels * Support users in understanding how to structure prompts effectively and troubleshoot common AI-related issues Best Practices & Optimization * Develop and document best-practice guidelines by analyzing user adoption patterns, and synthesizing feedback from cross-functional stakeholders * Monitor and measure adoption metrics (usage rates, user engagement, satisfaction scores) to identify friction points and optimization opportunities * Make recommendations to enhance user experience and Gen AI tool effectiveness based on qualitative (and where applicable quantitative) data-driven analysis * Identify opportunities to develop custom AI agents or automation solutions that address specific departmental workflows and pain points Use Case Development & Documentation * Document and share use case findings across departments and regions to drive awareness and alignment * Support strategic planning by providing insights from enablement activities to inform technology roadmap decisions Research & Strategic Input: * Monitor industry developments in Gen AI adoption within asset management; stay current on emerging tools, applications, and best practices * Contribute to the evolution of our Gen AI strategy based on market trends, user feedback, and internal performance data What do you need to succeed? Must-have * Bachelor's degree required preferably in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science or a similar discipline * Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and presentation skills with ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels * Proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms) * Demonstrated coding proficiency in Python or other AI-relevant languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java); ability to write, and debug code in support of AI solutions * Advanced prompt engineering skills with proven ability to craft effective prompts, optimize outputs, and troubleshoot AI model responses * Experience successfully creating and deploying AI agents or AI-powered solutions in academic or professional contexts * Ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to non-technical audiences * Strong quantitative and analytical skills; comfortable working with data, interpreting metrics, and drawing evidence-based conclusions * Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly evolving domain * Strong time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment * Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support training and engagement initiatives What's in it for you? The expected salary range for this particular position is $60,500-$104,500, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
