Web Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Web Developer for a Contract job with a client in Memphis, TN . The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Ab Initio ETL, Oracle, and Java, along with a proven background in production support, troubleshooting, and ETL operations.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $68/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Web Developer job responsibilities include:

• Monitor, support, and maintain Ab Initio ETL processes, batch jobs, and enterprise data pipelines to ensure operational stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Ab Initio graphs, ETL workflows, Oracle databases, and Java-based applications.
• Analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution efforts with upstream and downstream application teams.
• Support daily production operations by monitoring scheduled jobs using tools such as Control-M, Autosys, or comparable scheduling platforms.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, shell scripts, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and supportability.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Ensure adherence to SLA requirements while supporting a 24x7 rotational support model.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience with: Ab Initio ETL Development & Support, Oracle Database Technologies, Java Development & Support
• Strong expertise in: Ab Initio Graphs, ETL Pipelines, Data Integration, Oracle SQL, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, Production Support.
• Experience troubleshooting large-scale enterprise data processing environments.
• Knowledge of Control-M, Autosys, or other enterprise scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with REST API Development .
• Experience supporting banking or financial services applications.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, performance tuning, and automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications in high-availability environments.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $68.00 per hour
