Full Stack OnBase Administrator/Developer

Salary: $100,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; alternatively, four years of relevant work experience, or two years of relevant experience plus an associate degree in a related field.
• At least three years of application development, systems testing, or other related experience.
• Four or more years supporting Hyland OnBase ECM; four or more years using WorkView, Workflow, Document Composition, DIP, and Mailbox Importer are specified qualifications.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, planning, and customer service skills; attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, professionalism, dependability, and ethical conduct.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft collaboration and productivity tools, servers, databases, applications, and systems integrations.
• Familiarity with server-side technologies such as C#, HTML, JavaScript, .NET, Web Services, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP; MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS; and JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or Amber is desired.
• Two or more OnBase support certifications are desired.
• The posting lists four years of ECM solutions experience and four years of IT project management experience as preferred.

• Plan, design, develop, implement, maintain, and support our OnBase ECM solution.
• Partner with business users and the OnBase ECM development team to deliver business value and encourage adoption of ECM technologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom workflow solutions that integrate with internal and external IT systems.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase ECM software and infrastructure issues.
• Work with business partners and the ECM team to analyze requirements and prepare functional specifications, including interface changes and process flows.
• Advise business-unit and IT leaders and staff on application programming and processes across varied development platforms and computing environments.
• Plan and test software updates, defect fixes, and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT staff to identify development options, including new or modified programs, reuse of existing code, and integration of purchased solutions.
• Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for applications.
• Configure Kronos clocks, deploy them to field locations, and handle eDiscovery requests.
