Overview:

Liberty Je t is seeking a senior-level maintenance compliance professional to lead compliance and quality assurance functions within our Part 135 operation.

This role reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and is responsible for ensuring a structured, audit-ready compliance environment across a managed fleet of business aircraft. The position is hands-on and operationally focused, working closely with maintenance leadership, vendors, and FAA representatives.

About the Operation:

• 15–20 aircraft under management.
• Mixed fleet of midsize and large-cabin business jets.
• Combination of Part 135 charter and owner-operated aircraft.
• Established, stable operation with a strong compliance foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain CASS/CASP programs.
• Manage MEL development, revisions, and FAA coordination.
• Support and coordinate FAA surveillance and external audits.

• Oversee maintenance compliance activities, including:

  • Maintenance tracking system accuracy and oversight.
  • CMP and inspection program compliance.
  • Maintenance record reviews and conformity checks.
  • Vendor and Part 145 repair station audits.
  • Oversight of contract maintenance.
• Drive consistency, documentation quality, and audit readiness across the maintenance organization.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Part 135 maintenance compliance, QA, or inspection.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulatory oversight and surveillance processes.
• Background in Chief Inspector, QA Manager, or senior compliance role preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a maintenance organization and alongside a Director of Maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment and accountability.

Preferred:

• Prior FAA ASI experience is a plus.
• Experience with mixed fleet operations.
