Opportunity

The Sales Operations Director will help build and lead the forecasting, governance, and operating discipline needed to improve revenue predictability across Xceedance Americas and Strategic Accounts. Partnering with the Chief Business Officer and leaders across Sales, Marketing, Client Partnerships, Delivery, Domains, and Finance, the role will strengthen Salesforce and reporting; provide a reliable view of backlog, likely new wins, and upside opportunities; and coordinate cross-functional processes, management routines, and decisions that convert pipeline into recognized revenue. The role will also drive adoption of new commercial ways of working by establishing accountability across the organization. Success requires practical change leadership, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build effective relationships in a matrixed environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the consolidated revenue forecast across regions, accounts, domains, and delivery portfolios, integrating contracted backlog, high-confidence new wins, and upside opportunities.
• Establish common forecast assumptions, definitions, review cadences, and ownership; reconcile forecasts to actuals and translate variances, risks, and opportunities into executive actions.
• Manage Salesforce as the system of record for pipeline and forecast inputs, strengthening data quality, stage discipline, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partner with Delivery and Finance to assess revenue timing, recognition, capacity, utilization, margin, project economics, and corrective actions.
• Use account and portfolio insights to focus resources on priority accounts, forecast gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Support budgeting, pricing, and commercial decisions while clarifying roles and decision rights, improving cross-functional workflows, and reinforcing adoption and continuous improvement across the commercial operating model.

What You Bring

Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales or revenue operations, commercial planning, finance, business analytics, or enterprise performance.
• Demonstrated success building and running forecasting, pipeline governance, reporting, or commercial-performance , or business-enablement processes in a matrixed organization.
• Strong Salesforce, Excel, dashboard, and data-quality capabilities; Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
• E xperience in global B2B, consulting, managed services, technology, or professional services; insurance experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
