About the role,

You'll be selling Microsoft-powered digital , cloud, data and AI solutions (including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Copilot), managing the full end-to-end sales cycle for target accounts across Canada :

• Prospecting & Pipeline Generation. Identify, research and qualify new business opportunities within target accounts through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
• Consultative Selling. Run discovery calls, uncover business needs and pain points, and present tailored Microsoft solutions to prospective clients.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership. Manage opportunities from first contact through to proposal, negotiation and close, partnering with technical specialists where needed.
• Relationship Management. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including IT Directors and C-level executives, to drive long-term account growth.
• Pipeline & Forecast Management. Keep an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in CRM and consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Who are you?

• French Canadian is your first language (must have)!
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales development, business development, or a full sales-cycle closing role — any industry, tech experience not required.
• Fluent communication and written skills in English.
• Confident engaging and building rapport with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, resilient, proactive and target-driven.
• Genuine interest in technology, with a learning and growth mindset.
