We're looking for a Seasonal Returns Specialist to be a key player on our Customer Relations team during our busiest time of year. If you thrive on solving problems, love keeping things organized, and enjoy helping customers get the resolutions they need, this role is for you!Position SummaryAs a Seasonal Returns Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience — ensuring every return and exchange is processed accurately and efficiently. You'll partner closely with our Customer Relations team, playing a vital role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly.What You'll DoProcess returns, exchanges, and related transactions with speed and precisionIssue refunds and manage exchanges through our DAX and Marketplace systemsSpot and report product trends or issues you notice while processing returns — your insights help us improve!Reach out to customers directly to resolve questions about returns or undeliverable packagesBring a positive, can-do attitude to additional projects and tasks as neededThis role offers variety, purpose, and the chance to directly shape the customer experience during our peak season.What You BringSharp organizational and problem-solving skillsThe ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beatA keen eye for detailComfort working in Excel, Word, and DAXSelf-motivation and the confidence to work independentlyAt least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or order entryGrace under pressure — including the ability to navigate challenging customer conversationsA high school diploma or equivalentWhy You'll Love This RoleThis is more than a seasonal job — it's a chance to build valuable skills, work with a supportive team, and make a real difference for our customers when they need it most.
