Schedule (days/hours)

M, T, W, TH, Fr 9-6, Sat 7-4 (will alternate a day off each week)
Responsibilities

• Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans to patients
• Review insurance benefits, financial arrangements, and payment options
• Help drive case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize office efficiency and patient flow
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and consultations
• Build strong relationships with patients to create a positive experience
• Work collaboratively with doctors and front office teams
• Travel between supported office locations in the Inland Empire region.

Qualifications

• Previous orthodontic or dental treatment coordinating experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Compensation

$22-$24/hour
