• Location: Santa Rosa, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date/Duration: Permanent
• Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm (on-site during weekday hours), call 7-10 days/month (beeper call; callback for hospital on evenings/weekends 3-5 times/week)
• Hours/Week: 40+
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Licenses/Certifications: CA Medical License, Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology
• Experience: Relevant Urology experience preferred, new grads considered

Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized urology care with a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Manage outpatient and hospital consultations in a clinical setting
• Perform evaluations, diagnostics, and treatments in accordance with best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Keep detailed documentation of patient visits and treatment plans
• Educate patients on urology health, post-treatment care, and preventive strategies
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and facility protocols

What You Need

• Valid California medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 3 years)
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
