We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of International Marketing to lead global marketing strategy for a portfolio of internationally recognized restaurant brands. Working directly with executive leadership, this individual will play a critical role in accelerating international expansion, strengthening brand positioning, and driving performance across established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Marketing Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive international marketing strategies that support aggressive growth objectives. Partner with senior executives, brand presidents, and regional leadership to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. Oversee brand positioning, marketing investments, and strategic planning across multiple international markets. Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, market share, restaurant traffic, and profitability.
• Franchise Marketing & International Growth : Build strong, collaborative relationships with international franchisees and regional business partners. Influence franchise stakeholders and drive alignment around marketing strategies, brand standards, and growth initiatives. Lead marketing efforts supporting international expansion, new restaurant openings, and market development. Balance global brand standards with culturally relevant local marketing strategies.
• Brand Development & Consumer Engagement : Direct integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, advertising, CRM, loyalty, and consumer engagement platforms. Use consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to develop innovative growth strategies. Collaborate with culinary and operations teams on menu innovation, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Establish performance metrics that demonstrate marketing effectiveness and return on investment. Oversee relationships with international creative, media, and digital agencies.
• Executive & Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing international marketing teams. Create a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and measurable results. Manage significant marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated strategically. Serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership and international franchise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant executive-level leadership.
• Proven international marketing experience within a multi-unit franchise, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing organization.
• Strong experience working directly with franchisees, including the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive marketing execution across independently operated markets.
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing international marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand expansion.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, consumer insights, brand strategy, CRM, loyalty, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Financial acumen with experience overseeing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets.
• Exceptional executive presence, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
