Your expertise in pediatric occupational therapy, and your ability to adapt skills across both school and healthcare settings, will make a meaningful difference each day. Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Michigan required
- Prior experience in schools, home health, or broader OT healthcare settings is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, student-focused approach
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify their individual OT needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to support academic and daily living skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, faculty, and families to support students’ success
- Maintain detailed records and progress documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as an essential member of the educational team
