About the Position

Job Title

Surgical Technologist – 12-Hour Days

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (06:45–19:15)

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub into pediatric surgical cases across an 8-OR facility
• Provide expert scrub support across at least two pediatric surgical service lines (e.g., ENT and orthopedics)
• Maintain CST certification and comply with all applicable state licensure requirements throughout the assignment
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care for pediatric populations

Required Qualifications

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required
• Washington State surgical technologist license required
• Minimum of 5 years of surgical technologist experience
• Demonstrated expertise scrubbing in at least 2 pediatric surgical service lines (e.g., ENT, orthopedics)
• Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume, multi-OR pediatric surgical environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of pediatric surgical specialties beyond ENT and orthopedics
