IntroductionWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to support communication and customer service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and developing strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with service requests and resolve routine customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support service quality standards and contribute to team performance goals.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and customer management systems.
