Schedule: Shift hours vary (multiple shift times available for both day and evening) Location: In-person at our Warrensville Heights, Cleveland, OH office + some opportunities to work from home Pay: $17-20 per hour, based on experience WhatYou'll Be Doing: Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency Schedule service appointments and maintenance appointments Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions in our system Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships What You Will Bring: Strong communicationand problem-solving skills Ability tomulti-taskand work in a fast-paced environment A positive,customer-firstattitude and a team-oriented mindset Basic computer skills andproficiencyin scheduling software (training provided) Previouscustomer service experience is preferred but notrequired–we will train the right candidate!
