Avionics Technician

Avionics TechnicianThis position will be part of the aircraft maintenance team supporting the F-35 at Edwards Airforce Base, CA flight test Site. As a team member you will be involved in maintaining all aspects of the aircraft to include F-35 scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, aircraft modification, inspection, wire repair, and troubleshooting.Minimum five years broad hands-on working experience in a 5 or 7 skill level USAF AFSC, Navy NEC, or Marine MOS avionics discipline or equivalent commercial experience such an FAA instrumentation license or three years F-35 specific avionics experience. Experience with reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints and maintenance instructions. Experience with Tool Control, FOD, Supply, HAZMAT, Training, Quality, and Security programs. Experience with Maintenance Information Systems such as Electronic Maintenance Instructions, Aircraft Forms Documentation, and Supply Chain Management.Pay Information $35.27 - $55.70 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
