Are you a natural leader with a passion for teamwork and great customer service? Fresh Coast Market, located in beautiful Traverse City, MI, is looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our crew. If you have at least one year of experience and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Team Leader at Fresh Coast Market, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a positive experience for both our team and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting team members to maintain a productive and friendly work environment.
Assisting in the coordination of daily tasks to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Leading by example to uphold company standards and values.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues that arise.
Helping with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Experience: At least one year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
