As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will patrol a financial institution location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post includes operating in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or potential policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures and applicable laws. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree. Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. Possess an Armed Guard Card or license. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
