Senior Music Retail Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using your product knowledge and passion for music. You’ll open and close the store, lead by example on the sales floor, meet personal and store sales goals, process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising standards. You’ll also support lesson program growth, build school and community relationships, and help train and mentor junior associates.
