** Job Title: Payroll Specialist **
** Location: Saint Paul, MN, US, 55117**
** Duration: 03-05 months of Contract (with possible extension)**
** Shift Available: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM From Mon-Friday **
Job Description
We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience.
Skills:
• Previous work with state agencies
• Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations
• Has multi-state tax experience
• Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
• Communication: Clear and effective communication
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed
Education :
High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes
Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing
Attention to detail
Fast paced
Project exp- testing exp
Education- HS diploma
