Accounting Manager

System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for an Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits and an onsite work schedule. Responsibilities Oversee month-end close to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting Review journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations Prepare monthly/quarterly internal financial statements and management reporting Support annual audit activities and internal control documentation/maintenance Provide guidance and oversight to accounting staff and support cross-functional requests Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; some public accounting experience preferred along with corporate accounting experience At least one year of supervisory / management experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups) Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to meet deadlines Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Benefits System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, as well as participation in a 401(k) plan.
