A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst III

Title: Business Analyst III
Position type: Full Time - Contract
Duration: 2+ Months
Location: Newark-Delaware (Remote)

Business Analyst III, You will:

• Adhere to established standards and maintain currency in business analysis practices, procedures, and techniques.
• Consult with users to identify, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.
• Coordinate project scheduling and develop project plans, reports, and documentation.
• Create conceptual design documents, including project definitions, alternative solutions, scope of work, functional specifications, and logical skeletons for new systems.
• Follow up with internal clients to ensure satisfaction with completed tasks.
• Identify requirements for testing, develop test plans and scripts, coordinate test transmissions, and perform software testing.
• Determine appropriate actions in emergency situations to ensure data security and availability.
• Prepare project proposals and plans as needed.
• Provide training and lead the work of other analysts when required.
• Review operational procedures, map current business processes, define and analyze business activities, identify best practices, and recommend improvements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of functional, operational, and technical requirements of assigned projects.
• Experience in risk management, issue tracking, change management, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry.
• Understanding of the relationship between IT and business, with core competencies in finance, management, accounting, operations, and marketing.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $70/hr to $75/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
