Senior Product Manager - Creator Portal Experience (18 Month Contract)
Electronic Arts (EA)
Description & Requirements Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen. EA Information Technology (EAIT) powers the technology that connects our global workforce and supports every part of our business, from game development to marketing, publishing, security, and player experience. We create secure, scalable solutions that help teams collaborate and innovate in order to create better experiences for players worldwide. Our Creator Portal Experience team helps EA Studios and Community teams launch and operate Creator Programs at scale through a unified Creator Portal and Admin Experience. We make it easier for studios to onboard and engage Creators, manage and review Creator content submissions, scale program operations, and monetize user‑generated content in and around our games. As we expand and support new Creator initiatives, our team is building standardized, configurable platform experiences that adapt to different studio strategies, marketing and program models. This enables teams to launch faster, onboard Creators more predictably, and improve operational efficiency by eliminating the need for custom, one‑off builds. As a Senior Product Manager within the Creator Portal Experience team, you will manage core aspects of the Creator Portal and Admin System. You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, community, and studio teams to deliver reusable capabilities that support diverse Creator programs. You will drive platform scalability, empowering Studio and Community partners with the tools to efficiently launch, grow, and manage Creator initiatives. This is an 18‑month contract role based out of Austin (In‑office hybrid). What You’ll Do Own and deliver end‑to‑end Creator Portal and Admin capabilities that support Creator and internal team workflows across multiple studio programs. Define clear product requirements, align scope, and drive execution from concept through launch and run‑state readiness. Translate platform strategy into roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes, balancing near‑term studio launch needs with long‑term standardization and reuse. Partner with engineering and architecture to deliver configuration‑first solutions, ensuring new capabilities become reusable patterns for future studios rather than bespoke features. Work directly with studio partners and Central Technology teams to understand program goals, align requirements and dependencies, and support launch planning. Drive UX consistency and usability by collaborating with design on scalable portal patterns, design system adoption, and studio‑specific branding within defined guardrails. Lead cross‑functional planning and delivery, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, sprint goals, dependency management, QA/UAT coordination, risk management, and launch readiness. Communicate decisions, progress, tradeoffs, risks, milestones and outcomes clearly to studios, partners and leadership. What Will Help You Stand Out 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in gaming, creator marketplaces, content management solutions, digital marketplaces, social media platforms, or consumer technology. Experience shipping products that serve multiple teams, programs, or customer groups, where reuse, consistency, and scalability are critical. Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with the ability to balance standardization and flexibility while building solutions that scale beyond a single use case. Ability to lead through influence by aligning engineering, design, analytics, and stakeholders around clear priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes in fast‑moving environments. Experience coordinating delivery across engineering, design, analytics, and partner teams, including managing dependencies, tradeoffs, and boundaries between standardized and configurable capabilities. Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a way that builds alignment across technical and non‑technical audiences. Relevant domain exposure in gaming, creator economies, user‑generated content, marketplaces, or social media platforms is helpful but not required. About Electronic Arts We’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA. We value adaptability, resilience, creativity, and curiosity. From leadership that brings out your potential, to creating space for learning and experimenting, we empower you to do great work and pursue opportunities for growth. We adopt a holistic approach to our benefits programs, emphasizing physical, emotional, financial, career, and community wellness to support a balanced life. Our packages are tailored to meet local needs and may include healthcare coverage, mental well‑being support, retirement savings, paid time off, family leaves, complimentary games, and more. We nurture environments where our teams can always bring their best to what they do. Electronic Arts is an equal‑opportunity employer. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, genetic information, religion, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, marital status, family status, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
