Key Responsibilities

Assist with fullcycle payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees
Ensure payroll data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Maintain payroll records and support reconciliations and reporting
Partner with payroll team members to resolve discrepancies and employee questions
Support compliance, audits, and yearend payroll activities

Qualifications

3+ years of payroll experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Teamoriented mindset with a positive, culturefocused attitude

Fully inoffice role based in Indianapolis (46218)
Ideal for a Payroll Clerk or Payroll Specialist looking for stability and a strong team environment
