Payroll Specialist

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities Communicate proactively with clients to ensure they properly report payroll data for processing. Timely obtain information required for scheduled payroll cycles. Review information from clients for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy. Perform data entry as needed. Resolve issues for clients who encounter difficulties using our systems. Prepare and reconcile period-end reports. Process payroll adjustments as required. Communicate proactively with each assigned client to ensure that there are no unresolved service issues that go unattended. Complete quarterly business reviews with each client. Coordinate to resolve any client NSF funding transactions the same day they occur. Qualifications Tech savvy, able to learn new software applications quickly. Positive attitude and engaging personality. Two-plus years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s or Associates degree. High energy and eagerness to learn. Outstanding work habits, ability to focus and driven to complete projects. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and solve problems with minimal direction. This is an in office position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
