Responsibilities Include: Court Appearances for various motions and conferences Taking and defending depositions Propounding Discovery and Supplement if necessary Responding to Discovery Drafting Meet and Confer letters Legal research and writing using Westlaw Preparing and drafting discovery motions Gathering and analyzing data produced in discovery Responding to law and motion Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients Conduct mediations and negotiations to resolve cases Settle cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients Drafting Trial Documents Second Chair Trials Company Description DTLA Law Group is a leading civil litigation firm focused in Plaintiff’s consumer protection laws such as consumer warranty (lemon law), products liability, and consumer fraud with a team of award-winning trial attorneys leading the fight in protecting consumer rights.
