MIG Welder
A growing manufacturing company in Holland, Michigan is seeking multiple dependable and hardworking MIG Welders for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. This is a long-term contract-to-hire position offering the opportunity to work in a stable production environment.
If you have previous MIG welding experience and enjoy working with blueprints, metal fabrication, and quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
MIG Welder Pay & Schedule
- $18.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience
- 1st Shift Available
- 2nd Shift Available: Four-Day Work Week!!
- Long-term Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
MIG Welder Job Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on manufactured parts and assemblies
- Weld parts according to blueprints and production specifications
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the welding process
- Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and fabrication environment
Qualifications for MIG Welder
- Previous welding experience required
- Experience with MIG welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, or production welding preferred
- Must provide and use a welding hood
- Must have steel-toe boots
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
