JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Project Specialist – Data Integrity for our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Monica, California.

As a Project Specialist , you’ll join an energetic Operations team with like-minded team members that keep the company’s operations transformative and forward-thinking. Project Specialists are responsible for maintaining data accuracy and coordination between Operations, Marketing, and Sales.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure all item setup information is accurately gathered and entered in the system from the start of product creation
• Gather basic data (product name, SKU’s, categories), technical specifications (dimensions, weight), and descriptive content (Assortments, PDQ’s, Displays, Exclusives).
• Manage the product data input in the JAKKS Portal system to ensure it is accurate and functional.
• Act as initial point of contact for item setups in JAKKS Portal.
• Maintain ongoing efforts with Marketing, Sales and Purchasing through the lifecycle of the products
• Routine cleanup with all End Of Life items (Not CarryForward)

Essential skills and qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Requires a high level of organizational skill to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and keep the team on schedule
• Must be able to identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the item setup process.
• Experience within the relevant industry, such as consumer goods or retail, is preferred.

• Compensation : JAKKS Pacific offers a competitive salary. Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $22.00 - $26.00 an hour depending on experience.
