Capital Project Engineer

Industry leader seeks a Project Engineer / Lead / Manager to lead capital and maintenance projects throughout the plant. You should understand industrial operations and be able to incorporate new project ideas into existing processes and production. responsibilities:

Oversee project execution of capital, maintenance, and automation projects throughout the plant
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, procurement) to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment with overall business goals
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and address evolving industry best practices

qualifications:
BS Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

Experience with capital projects (CAPEX) in a manufacturing / production environment

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, as well as communication
