Job Description Job Description The Bilingual Account Manager provides essential support to the Client Operations team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of client programs, order processing, and operational documentation. This role plays a key part in day-to-day operational coordination and contributes to onboarding, reporting, and service delivery across multiple client accounts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with prior account management experience within banking, high-end retail, hospitality, or other professional services environments. Primary Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support. Coordinate onboarding activities for new programs, including system setup, validation testing, and internal documentation distribution. Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ongoing administration of client programs within internal systems. Perform end-to-end testing to ensure accuracy prior to launching new client programs. Create and maintain operational procedures and documentation to support consistency and efficiency. Manage and resolve client-related issues, including disputes and voucher requests, through investigation, processing, and reporting. Generate and deliver recurring reports to clients within established timelines and SLAs. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, global partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications & Skills Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) ; Portuguese is a plus. Prior account management or client-facing experience required, ideally within banking, high-end retail, hospitality, or other professional services environments . Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a structured, solutions-oriented approach. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
