Senior Financial Business Partner

is a key member of the Finance team, partnering with commercial, marketing, and operational leaders to drive strategic decision-making and business performance. This role focuses on evaluating growth opportunities, optimizing pricing strategies, and supporting expansion initiatives across regional and global markets.

This is a highly visible position that blends financial analysis with commercial insight. The ideal candidate is both analytically strong and business-minded, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine pricing strategies to support revenue growth and profitability
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to guide decision-making
• Evaluate commercial opportunities, including client proposals and partnership initiatives

• Build and maintain financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives
• Perform competitive analysis, market research, and consumer insights to inform strategy
• Translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations

• Support new market entry and growth strategies across regions and business lines
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and prioritize strategic opportunities
• Contribute to defining long-term business strategy and growth plans

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables
• Track performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis

• Define project scope, objectives, and key stakeholders for financial initiatives
• Gather and synthesize input from internal teams and external partners
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, structured, and compelling format
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategy and support execution

• Address complex business challenges, including regulatory considerations and large client requests
• Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and modeling as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analytics
• Professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) is a plus
