Salesforce Business Analyst

Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the full-time Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into user stories, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a remote or onsite capacity. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Salesforce nCino platform Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and manage UAT, including test scripts and defect tracking Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners while analyzing banking and lending workflows Required qualifications 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino Experience in the financial services, banking, or lending domain Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
